Position Summary
The Administrative Training Coordinator is a critical role responsible for the flawless organization and management of GLOMACS' global training sessions. This role demands strong organizational capabilities and effective coordination among clients, trainers, vendors, and internal teams. Primary Duties
- Manage scheduling, logistical arrangements, and delivery of worldwide training programs, ensuring readiness of facilitators, materials, and digital platforms.
- Compose and dispatch professional communications to clients, trainers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Coordinate with training venues, vendors, and partners to guarantee timely provision of materials and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and training support for smooth program execution.
- Track program schedules, spot potential challenges, and escalate issues when needed.
- Keep detailed records of training sessions including attendance, evaluations, and client feedback.
- Create comprehensive reports for internal use and clients summarizing program results and performance metrics.
- Deliver exceptional client and participant support by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and providing prompt updates.
Candidate Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative or project coordination, ideally within training, consultancy, or educational settings.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, capable of maintaining a polished professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple concurrent programs.
- Proficient in communication and productivity software including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently prioritize and manage responsibilities.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach, adaptable to a dynamic and international workplace atmosphere.
