About IIQAF Group
IIQAF Group operates within the hospitality sector based in Doha, Qatar. They are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to enhance and manage their everyday office and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update company data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal software.
- Organize and manage schedules including meetings, appointments, interviews, and business events.
- Assist with travel arrangements such as bookings for flights, hotels, and local transportation.
- Support the coordination of internal gatherings, training sessions, meetings, conferences, and hospitality functions.
- Communicate and liaise with vendors, service providers, suppliers, and contractors to fulfill administrative needs.
- Track and follow up on open requests, approvals, deliveries, and pending administrative duties.
- Ensure adherence to company policies relating to administration and confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional, orderly, and efficient office setting.
- Carry out additional clerical and administrative tasks as directed by management.
Education and Qualification Requirements
- Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Having a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines is advantageous.
- Prior experience in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Administrative Coordinator, or similar is expected.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving aptitude.
- Familiarity with hospitality, hotel, and restaurant operations.
- Capable of managing event-related administration and producing administrative reports.
- Effective at office document handling and supporting management and executives.
