ADAS QA Lead - Data Annotation

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members, overseeing their work quality in 2D and 3D video triaging with over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Provide technical guidance and review deliverables to ensure high standards.
• Utilize video triaging tools, as well as collaboration platforms like Confluence and Slack, to streamline team workflow.
• Engage with management and stakeholders regularly to align on project requirements.
• Compile and communicate daily status reports to update management on progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.E. or B.Tech degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive hands-on experience in 2D/3D video triaging specifically for autonomous driving contexts.
• Familiarity with ADAS/Autonomous Driving use cases including multiple test case development and execution.
• Analytical prowess to create, execute, and interpret test cases, accurately identifying pass/fail outcomes.
• Knowledge or background in functional safety is advantageous given the safety-critical nature of ADAS/AD software testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities to lead and collaborate.
