ActOne Lead Developer - Mumbai/Bangalore

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Actimize ActOne Developer/Lead with specialized knowledge in Enterprise Risk Case Management (eRCM) to design, develop, and maintain solutions that improve financial crime detection and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and tailor solutions on the Actimize ActOne platform.
• Develop and manage eRCM modules such as alerts, workflows, and dashboards.
• Create and enhance reusable Actimize plugins and components.
• Configure and administer scheduler jobs and automation within Actimize.
• Customize alert types, alert views, and DART configurations.
• Design workflows and implement business rules.
• Handle platform lists, widgets, and manage user/groups/role entitlements.
• Configure case lifecycles and manage escalation protocols.
• Utilize XSL transformations for user interface customization and reporting.
• Develop and fine-tune RCM database schemas, SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures.
• Optimize query performance, analyze root causes, and troubleshoot issues ensuring data integrity and efficient handling of large datasets.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate Actimize with other systems and support production releases with L3 issue resolution.
• Conduct system performance tuning and debugging activities.
• Promote coding standards, implement design best practices, lead governance, mentor junior developers, and perform code reviews.
• Participate in solution architecture planning and provide expert technical advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Over 15 years of IT experience, with more than 10 years focused on Actimize ActOne development.
• Deep expertise in eRCM development and advanced proficiency with the Actimize ActOne framework.
• Experience with eRCM plugins, scheduler configuration, and Actimize utilities.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Extensive knowledge of RCM database schema design, complex SQL, and query tuning.
• Competency in XSL/XSLT transformations for UI and reporting customization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or Fraud Detection systems.
• Familiarity with Actimize IFM, RCM, and watchlist filtering functions.
• Understanding of banking compliance and regulations.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
