Acquisition Manager - Personal Loan

Overview

IndusInd Bank Ltd., a customer-centric and technologically advanced private sector bank certified with ISO 9001:2000, is seeking an Acquisition Manager specializing in Personal Loans to expand business through open market sourcing and proactive sales initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively source prospective clients for Personal Loans utilizing diverse acquisition channels.
• Engage and connect with potential borrowers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, enhancing revenue streams.
• Execute sales and marketing efforts within the open market to cultivate quality leads.
• Comply thoroughly with bank policies including complete loan documentation processes.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, supporting clients fully from application through loan disbursal.
• Explore and cultivate new business prospects within assigned territories to support bank growth objectives.

Qualifications & Criteria

• Education: Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Experience: Candidates with 1 to 6 years in sales are preferred; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Contract Terms: Candidates must be willing to accept an 11-month contractual employment arrangement.
• Age Restriction: Applicants should be no older than 30 years.
