Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new IT staffing business opportunities and clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client-specific IT recruitment needs to propose appropriate staffing solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from generating leads to closing deals.
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently.
- Meet or exceed assigned business development and revenue objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or contract staffing.
- Demonstrated success in selling IT workforce augmentation solutions.
- Proven skills in B2B sales, client acquisition, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication abilities and skills in relationship management.
- A pre-existing network of IT clients is advantageous.
- Applicants without experience in IT staffing or recruitment will not be considered.
