Account Manager - Electrical and Electronics Components

Job Overview

This role focuses on advancing sales of industrial automation and electrical connectivity products within various industries. The position offers a permanent engagement based at a central office location with standard working days from Monday to Friday. The salary package includes a base pay ranging from $4,500 to $5,500, in addition to a $900 transport allowance, annual wage supplement, and variable bonus awarded tri-monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a portfolio of industrial automation and connectivity offerings such as terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, Industrial Ethernet devices, signal conditioners, and control cabinet solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects in targeted sectors by conducting thorough market assessments, engaging with customers, and monitoring competitive dynamics.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), panel builders, system integrators, consultants, and end-users to increase project acquisitions and expand market footprint.
• Deliver detailed technical presentations and provide consultative sales support, offering tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of applications.
• Work collaboratively with distributors and channel partners to stimulate indirect sales, implement market strategies, and realize sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Hold between three to five years of sales experience within industrial automation, electrical connectivity, sensor technology, or electronics sectors.
• Familiarity with products including terminal blocks, relays, and device connectors.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, office-based position located centrally in Singapore.
• Standard working hours are Monday through Friday.
