Account Manager

Overview

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to lead sales and client relationship management efforts at its Abu Dhabi branch. This role emphasizes balancing strong client engagement with proactive business development to achieve revenue goals and deliver exceptional service.

Main Duties

• Forge and nurture robust relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Drive sales expansion and uncover new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi's market.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring their requirements are met and satisfaction maintained.
• Work in close coordination with internal teams to guarantee smooth service execution.
• Compile and present regular reports covering account health, sales metrics, and pipeline status to senior leadership.
• Design strategic account plans to boost revenue and profitability.
• Address client challenges promptly, escalating issues as needed.
• Act as the company ambassador in client engagements, events, and presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in account management, sales, or business development within contract staffing sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Skillful in managing multiple client accounts and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting targets.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi commercial landscape is advantageous.
