Account Manager

Overview

MoveSmart Rentals seeks a seasoned Account Manager to oversee the owner's experience throughout the leasing process, ensuring seamless coordination, client confidence, and flawless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for owners during leasing, providing an exceptional "white-glove" experience.
• Lead the workflow process by confirming readiness, collecting missing information, coordinating next steps, and avoiding delays.
• Deliver proactive updates so owners stay informed about progress and upcoming actions.
• Address urgent matters promptly with clear communication.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and tracked according to company protocols.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records including notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage updates.
• Identify and escalate issues early to safeguard client satisfaction using sound judgment.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of proven account management experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple client files efficiently with consistent follow-ups.
• Excellent communication and confidence in resolving client concerns.
• Strong adherence to processes and comfort utilizing structured CRM workflows.
• Ability to remain composed and prioritize effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate operations.
• Background working in high-volume, SLA-focused service settings.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance documentation, reporting, and internal efficiencies.

Remote Work Technology Requirements

• Dual-monitor computer setup.
• Minimum 16GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with speeds exceeding 100 Mbps.
• Webcam and noise-cancelling headset for communication.

Compensation

The role offers performance-based earnings estimated between 45,000 and 50,000 CAD annually, subject to actual performance. Detailed compensation information is provided in interviews.
