Regional Manager

Job Overview

The Regional Manager position commands overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of branch operations, team effectiveness, and achievement of set targets within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Team Leads, Tele-Campaigners, interns, and support staff ensuring cohesive team performance.
• Drive and achieve monthly goals for tele-campaigning and fundraising activities.
• Track call volumes, key performance indicators, donor satisfaction, and compile detailed performance reports.
• Address escalated donor and customer concerns, maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Manage recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluation of team members to improve capabilities.
• Design and implement Resource Mobilization activities, including CSR, SFR programs, and field outreach initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with donors, corporate entities, educational institutions, and key partners.
• Handle coordination of CSR agreements, ensure proper documentation, oversee donor reporting, and facilitate renewals.
• Supervise internship programs and ensure adherence to compliance policies such as POSH and POCSO guidelines.
• Ensure organizational and legal compliance alongside adherence to Child Help Foundation’s policies and procedures.
• Administer office operations including records management, reporting, and liaising with local authorities.
• Promote a positive, ethical, and results-driven workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• Requires more than 7 years of experience in leadership roles; prior experience in NGOs or the social sector is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
• Proficient in fundraising, operational management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between 50,000 and 80,000 INR monthly.
