Job description
About the Role
This position involves a unique sales opportunity where each sale directly helps NDIS and aged care providers allocate more time to client care instead of administrative tasks. The role is fully remote but candidates should be based in Queensland, owning the Queensland territory and occasionally attending industry events.
About Visualcare
Visualcare develops software tailored for providers in the NDIS and aged care sectors. Our goal is to streamline their daily operations with technology, so caregivers can focus more on their clients rather than paperwork. We are a close-knit Australian SaaS team of roughly 40 staff, operating with a flexible, non-scripted sales environment.
Team Environment
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will join an engaged and experienced team passionate about SaaS sales in competitive markets. We seek a resilient sales professional who thrives in a scale-up setting and enjoys shaping processes rather than following rigid sales frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete sales cycles from first contact to deal closure.
- Conduct detailed discovery meetings utilizing the SPICED method, customizing pitches for different prospect types and sizes.
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline through proactive outreach via events, trade shows, LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls.
- Keep Salesforce data fully accurate and updated; deliver dependable weekly and monthly revenue projections.
- Serve as the customer's advocate by sharing insights that help refine messaging and product offerings.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience in full sales cycle SaaS or software sales with consistent achievement of targets.
- Ability to execute a structured sales process and adapt sales approaches to diverse customer needs.
- Proven history of independently building a sales pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Competence in accurately forecasting revenue on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms; familiarity with Gong is advantageous.
- Determination, proactive attitude, and adaptability to grow alongside the company's evolving sales playbook.
Benefits & Work Culture
- Autonomy to manage your own territory and sales activities without micromanagement.
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth as you contribute to developing the company’s sales strategies.
- Meaningful work that impacts the aged care and NDIS sectors by reducing administrative burdens for providers.
- Supportive management and a collaborative team environment with learning opportunities.
- Competitive salary and a rewarding commission structure that reflects closed deals rather than hours worked.
