Account Executive

About the Role

Join Just Eat Takeaway.com, a leading global online food delivery platform aiming to enhance everyday convenience by connecting millions of customers with restaurants and partners worldwide. As part of the Account Management team for Lieferando in Berlin, you will serve as a proactive, customer-focused voice liaising with partner restaurants, helping onboard new clients and nurturing existing relationships to ensure optimal performance on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact partner restaurants to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and support to help restaurants succeed on Lieferando.de.
• Act as the main contact for new restaurant partners ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process.
• Manage and coordinate administrative duties for the Account Management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and introduce innovative projects.
• Optimize restaurant performance on the Just Eat Takeaway.com platform.
• Work with colleagues to continually elevate both your portfolio and overall service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or in upselling/cross-selling products.
• Preferably experience within the gastronomy/food service industry.
• Proactive attitude, actively seeking opportunities to contribute and improve.
• Strong communication skills combined with sound commercial judgment and structured problem-solving approach.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive and motivated outlook.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google tools (Gmail, Drive, etc.).
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk is advantageous.
• Fluent in German and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
