Role Overview
As an Accommodation Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep throughout the hotel. You will receive comprehensive training via the Dalata Academy and will have opportunities to collaborate with experienced colleagues. Additionally, the company strongly supports internal promotions for those demonstrating dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in bedrooms and communal areas following Dalata’s guidelines.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Be adaptable and assist other departments as needed to support overall hotel functionality.
Candidate Profile
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possesses a friendly disposition and strong customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify cleaning and maintenance needs effectively.
