Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities within the reservations office to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain up-to-date hotel revenue systems consistently.
• Support maximization of room revenue, occupancy rates, and effective yield management.
• Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales to maintain efficient departmental functioning.
• Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a comparable role.
• Strong organizational capabilities with aptitude to delegate and oversee team tasks effectively.
• Personable, approachable demeanor fostering positive interactions with guests and staff alike.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience handling tour groups is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to a 3 or 4-star hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
