Job Overview

• Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
• Manage guest registration and handle payment processes efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain the security of room keys at all times.
• Update all guest information accurately in the hotel management system.
• Receive and confirm guest reservation requests.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service capabilities to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently while taking proactive initiative.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to maintain composure and perform well in high-pressure situations.
• Experience working in 3 or 4-star hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
