Position Overview

Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort, situated on a picturesque 130-acre Victorian estate dating back to 833 A.D., is seeking experienced Accommodation Assistants to join the team. This four-star property offers an exceptional working environment focused on maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness across hotel premises, including guest rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests.
• Manage check-out and check-in procedures for keys and equipment at each shift start and end.
• Follow strict cleaning protocols when assigned to public areas, stay-over rooms, departure rooms, and linen management.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines during manual handling and in all cleaning tasks.
• Organize and stock cleaning trolleys and supplies methodically.
• Ensure unobstructed corridors and public spaces, including proper handling of room service trays and maintaining clear fire exits.
• Maintain constant communication with supervisors to prioritize guest satisfaction.
• Report any guest feedback or requests immediately to management.
• Collect and hand over lost property to supervisors at shift end.
• Restock trolleys and ensure all keys are returned to the hotel securely at the end of shifts.
