Overview

Keolis.MHI is seeking a dedicated System Assurance Engineer for their Dubai Metro operations to manage the ACCA (Asset Configuration Change Application) process. The role involves coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications while complying with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the Keolis-MHI Management System and its associated business processes, procedures, and work instructions to maintain quality and governance.
  • Guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of all provided data, including performance, financial, and customer information, in line with the company’s non-disclosure policies.
  • Meet all obligatory training commitments required by Keolis-MHI throughout employment.
  • Liaise with applicants to obtain complete, high-quality application forms and arrange meetings if necessary.
  • Work closely with Configuration Change Sponsors and stakeholder representatives to deliver ACCA completions within stipulated timeframes.
  • Maintain and update the Asset Configuration Change Application Register accurately.
  • Assist in compiling statistical data relating to ACCA activities and identify potential improvements in change management processes.
  • Follow all internal Engineering and Maintenance procedures and comply with relevant governance standards.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or breaches to management or via the designated speak-up process.
  • Take part in development and implementation of initiatives such as transitioning to a paperless ACCA process and other improvement projects.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Configuration Change and Network Access Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Planning & Network Access Manager, or Head of Engineering.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of Metro systems.
  • Minimum of two years professional experience within the Rail or Metro sector.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Change Management standards, specifically ISO 10007.
  • Experience in design change management and document control processes.

Skills and Language

  • Proficient in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, or Malayalam are advantageous.
