Job description
Overview
We are seeking a proactive Academic Counsellor to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on engaging prospective students and their parents to guide them through our training and certification programs, ensuring a smooth admission experience and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads via inbound inquiries and outbound communication methods such as calls and emails.
- Provide counselling to potential students and their guardians about various programs offered.
- Analyze customer needs and advise the most appropriate courses accordingly.
- Convert potential clients into enrolled students, meeting set monthly and quarterly admission goals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects to foster trust and retention.
- Assist and direct students throughout application and admission steps.
- Help candidates compile and submit necessary enrollment qualifications.
- Deliver detailed and accurate information regarding requirements, procedures, fees, and course specifics.
- Collaborate with internal staff to streamline the admission workflow.
- Keep lead data current in the CRM with prompt follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement and excellent service.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges between ₹20,000 and ₹45,000.
