About the Company

UNIVO Education Pvt. Ltd., affiliated with Amity UNIVO, is hiring for an Academic Counsellor position located in Sector 125, Noida. The company specializes in driving educational program admissions through inside sales, focusing on online courses, certifications, and higher education products.

Role Overview

The Academic Counsellor will operate from the office during standard business hours, contributing to the growth of EdTech product enrollments by connecting with potential students, understanding their educational needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to identify their educational requirements.
• Suggest suitable educational programs such as UG/PG courses, certifications, or online skill courses based on prospect needs.
• Manage and convert leads, ensuring follow-ups to close sales efficiently over the phone.
• Maintain strong communication channels with prospects to build lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and stay informed on new educational offerings.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically within EdTech focusing on online courses, certifications, or higher education.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication and persuasion capabilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Self-driven and highly target-oriented.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Noida office.

Additional Information

• Work timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
• Salary offered is up to INR 650,000 per annum.
• Eligible candidates should be graduates.
