Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, outcome-oriented ABM Manager to lead Account Based Marketing initiatives across EMEA. Reporting directly to the Director of Account Based Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of target accounts, collaborating closely with both the EMEA Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute tailored account-based strategies that drive pipeline and revenue expansion. This role requires applying deep knowledge of ABM methodologies, account segmentation, and running personalized multi-channel campaigns to engage key decision-making groups within assigned accounts. You will oversee account activation plans, measure performance rigorously, and continuously optimize strategy and messaging in partnership with Sales for maximum impact. Success hinges on strong analytical skills, adept stakeholder engagement, passion for ABM, and the capability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Location

This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, Germany, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Candidates based in Berlin or willing to relocate independently who can commit to working onsite two days weekly are preferred. London-based candidates are also considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a focused portfolio of strategic target accounts across EMEA, devising ABM strategies aligned with account priority tiers.
  • Collaborate intimately with EMEA Marketing and Sales leadership to establish target account rosters, create joint plans, and align on key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement personalized, multi-channel ABM campaigns—digital, email, events, direct mail—targeted specifically to each account's buying committees.
  • Create and update ABM playbooks and messaging frameworks to guarantee consistent positioning across marketing and sales activities.
  • Lead routine account planning and pipeline review sessions with Sales to ensure sustained alignment on account priorities, risks, and next steps.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on account engagement levels, influenced pipeline, and revenue impact, using insights to refine targeting and strategies continually.
  • Regularly communicate account performance, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations to relevant Marketing and Sales stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing, particularly focused on Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing within IT or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver ABM strategies for named accounts that have driven measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experienced cross-functional collaborator serving as a crucial liaison between Marketing and Sales leadership across EMEA and other ABM Managers.
  • Proficiency with key tools including Salesforce, 6sense, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and a comprehensive ABM/Martech technology stack.
  • Strong data-driven aptitude for tracking account engagement, pipeline impact, campaign ROI, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting strategies and results to senior leadership effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple account programs simultaneously within a fast-paced, matrix-structured environment without compromising quality.
  • In-depth understanding of the IT/technology purchasing landscape and the regional nuances in EMEA markets and languages.
  • Hands-on ABM experience with a documented history of delivering quantifiable account-based outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-growth, dynamic settings, applying structured thinking, urgency, and flexibility to clarify objectives and maintain momentum amid uncertainties.
  • Aligns with company core values: Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, and Builders; fosters a culture where performance and values coexist successfully.
