3.5 Ton Delivery Driver

About the Role

Speedy Hire, a leading UK hire services company with an extensive range of tools and specialist equipment, is looking for a Delivery Driver based in Southampton. This role involves operating a 3.5 ton flatbed van to deliver hire equipment around the local area. As a key member of the team, you will represent the company’s vision and values through your daily interactions.

Work Schedule and Location

This position is Monday to Friday, working from 07:30 to 17:00 for a total of 42 hours per week, with flexible hours and job shares considered to support work-life balance.

Compensation

The salary is £29,572 per annum pro-rata.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Valid full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the local Southampton area.
• Experience driving within the UK.
• Strong customer service orientation.
