Position Overview

We are seeking full-time Valet Drivers for The Edition location in Miami Beach, FL. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with morning and afternoon shifts. The pay rate is $13.00 per hour plus tips.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest experience and communicate effectively with customers.
• Proactively address client requests and concerns, finding innovative solutions to any issues.
• Possess thorough knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and highways to assist guests with directions.
• Clearly explain valet procedures and rates to customers.
• Inspect each vehicle carefully before parking and report any observations.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safe driving protocols.
• Report accidents, hazards, or any policy violations to management immediately.
• Be punctual and ready to work for every scheduled shift.
• Maintain a clean and complete uniform throughout the shift.
• Support management by performing additional duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience as a Valet Attendant is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and up-to-date address.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is considered a significant advantage.
• Flexible availability to work special shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Proficient communication skills for professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Basic mathematics skills to handle cash transactions and understand instructions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Capability to follow directions and remain composed during changes or unexpected situations.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods during shift.
• Occasional need to sit, climb, or balance as part of duties.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds when necessary.
• Vigilance and professionalism required in a high-energy work setting.
