Compensation and Benefits
The stipend ranges from 4,500 to 7,500 INR monthly, consisting of a fixed base pay between 4,000 and 6,000 INR plus additional incentives ranging from 500 to 1,500 INR per month. Participants will also receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
Key Requirements
- Submission of a portfolio demonstrating previous video editing projects is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to applicants experienced with YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools is desired.
