About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience assisting the Lead Designer in the creation and development of new fashion designs for four key collections: Wedding Guest, Bridesmaid, Festive Wear, and Party & Celebration. The role involves preparing technical documentation such as tech-packs and maintaining an organized design catalog including sketches, fabric details, and work specifications.
The intern will participate in fabric sourcing visits, supporting the maintenance of a swatch library, and will work closely with tailors by conveying design instructions, tracking order status, and ensuring the tailoring aligns with approved design standards. Assisting in customer consultations and trial fittings, the intern will document measurements, preferences, and alteration notes to aid in quality control.
Quality assurance of completed outfits is a critical responsibility, verifying items against a checklist before delivery. The intern will also contribute to building and updating customer-facing design books and digital catalogs using Canva or PDF formats and manage communications through WhatsApp catalogs.
Further, the role requires weekly research on Telugu wedding and festive fashion trends to inform and inspire new designs. Creative self-expression is encouraged, with opportunities to develop original designs that may be produced and credited accordingly. Supporting content shoots entails styling, arranging outfits, and explaining design elements for promotional reels.

Stipend and Perks
