About the internship
About the Internship
This internship focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated design variants rather than creating layouts from scratch. Interns will identify design flaws, provide actionable feedback for automated refinement, and make precise manual edits directly in Figma when necessary. The role requires a deep understanding of not only aesthetic cleanliness but also solving users’ needs within designs. Interns will also be involved in designing interfaces specifically for Hindi and other regional languages, building these from the ground up instead of relying on translations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AI-generated interface variants for web, mobile, tablet, and dashboard platforms.
- Quickly and accurately detect issues with spacing, alignment, visual hierarchy, and overall layout.
- Evaluate if the chosen layout suits the content effectively, beyond just visual appeal.
- Craft detailed, actionable feedback to guide the AI regeneration process rather than vague comments.
- Implement manual corrections using Figma to improve design outcomes when faster than AI revisions.
- Ensure every design choice aligns with hierarchy principles, user intent, and established design system guidelines.
- Create original Hindi and regional language user interfaces rather than modifying translated versions.

- Strong and rapid analytical skills to select and justify the best design options among several.
- Experience in reviewing AI outputs, with an eye for detecting overlaps, misalignments, and subtle inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Figma for making precise, hands-on design adjustments.
- Clear and precise written communication skills for generating effective design feedback.
