About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship focuses on evaluating AI-generated design mockups rather than creating designs from ground zero. Your main task will be to scrutinize design variants created by AI, pinpointing flaws and providing detailed, actionable feedback to refine the AI's outputs. As the AI design workflow evolves, you will also make direct adjustments in Figma when hands-on corrections are quicker or more precise than automated reprocessing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AI-generated designs across various platforms including web, mobile, tablets, and dashboard interfaces.
- Rapidly identify issues related to spacing, alignment, visual hierarchy, and layout with exacting accuracy.
- Evaluate if a layout effectively suits the content it holds, beyond just neat execution.
- Compose highly specific improvement directions capable of enhancing the AI regeneration process, avoiding vague advice.
- Execute manual design corrections directly within Figma when advantageous.
- Ensure every design choice adheres to hierarchy principles, user profiles, and the established design system.
- Create original interfaces for Hindi and other regional languages rather than merely translating existing designs.

Compensation and Perks
