Internship Overview

This full-time, in-office internship based in Bengaluru’s Sector-2, HSR Layout, runs for three months starting immediately. The role involves working Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates must bring their own laptops as per the BYOD policy. The monthly stipend is INR 20,000 (subject to TDS).

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts and storyboards.
• Research current trends and gather materials to inspire innovative visual ideas that align with Kalvium’s brand and communication objectives.
• Produce original, engaging audiovisual content for multiple digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
• Edit videos ensuring high-quality visual composition, narrative flow, pacing, and suitability for various formats.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adjusting deliverables based on feedback.
• Coordinate closely with teams to understand briefs and deliverables, ensuring timely and quality output.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong video editing skills demonstrated through an impressive portfolio.
• Experience in video editing, marketing, or content production is preferred.
• Excellent visual storytelling ability and understanding of composition.
• Proficiency with desktop video editing applications.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of color theory, perspective, and cultural nuances.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Additional skills in cinematography and photography are advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, open to experimentation, and possessing a good sense of humor.
• Strong collaborative spirit coupled with ownership of assigned projects.
