Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads to introduce the company's offerings.
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information, resolve questions, and assist with pricing and basic troubleshooting.
- Present products or services persuasively, overcome objections, and convert leads into sales or arrange appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, call logs, and feedback within the CRM system.
- Achieve or surpass daily and monthly metrics related to call volume, lead generation, and sales performance.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work from home throughout the internship.
- Available to start between September 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
- Can commit to the full six-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in telecalling and customer communication.
Benefits and Compensation
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 25,000 to 35,000.
