About the Internship
We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to aid our recruitment processes. This internship is tailored for individuals who excel in organizing workflows, taking accountability for operational duties, and aspire to cultivate a career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the scheduling of interviews involving candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Ensure that our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal records accurately reflect the current status of candidate progress and hiring updates.
- Manage communications with candidates, including sending interview invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and sharing feedback.
- Support talent sourcing by maintaining candidate pipelines and researching potential applicants.
- Assist in organizing hiring drives and recruitment events.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a smooth recruitment experience.
- Execute daily TA operations with precision and responsibility.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time internship, working onsite.
- Should be able to commence the internship anytime between October 26, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
- Availability for the entire 6-month duration is required.
- Must possess relevant skills and a keen interest in Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly proactive, well-organized, and comfortable managing operations workflows independently.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a people-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition with ambitions to evolve into a comprehensive TA role.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend between INR 19,000 and INR 20,000.
