Internship Role Overview

The Human Resources intern will be entrusted with managing key HR functions to support the company’s talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage induction programs and promote employee engagement activities.
• Organize and maintain HR documentation and ensure coordination among stakeholders.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and schedule telephonic interviews while filtering applicants effectively.

Applicant Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship in Indore.
• Ability to commence the internship between October 28, 2026, and December 2, 2026.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship duration.
• Candidates should possess related skills and interests matching the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹4,000 to ₹10,000.
