Overview
This internship as a Talent Acquisition Intern at IIDE Education Private Limited offers an opportunity to assist the HR team with critical recruitment activities. You will gain practical experience managing the entire hiring process — from identifying candidates to onboarding them — while enhancing stakeholder management, communication, and data management abilities. This role is suited for those aspiring to build a career in recruitment and comfortable with frequent telephonic interactions in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and organizing interviews for sales and other positions.
- Conduct a high volume of phone-based candidate screenings each day.
- Assist with HR interviews, shortlisting candidates, and managing relevant documentation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment records using Google Sheets, Excel, or Applicant Tracking Systems and generate weekly hiring progress reports.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Handle repetitive recruitment tasks with diligence and strong attention to detail.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume calling activities with ease.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability to work part-time for a duration of 3 months, starting between August 31 and October 5, 2026.
- Must reside in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Possess relevant skills such as proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and interpersonal communication.
Compensation and Benefits
