About the Internship
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Human Resources team in managing recruitment and onboarding processes. The intern will engage closely with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience and assist with documentation and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily recruitment and onboarding operations of the HR department.
- Communicate with shortlisted candidates about subsequent recruitment steps.
- Gather necessary documentation and information from selected candidates.
- Promptly follow up on any pending or incomplete candidate documents.
- Maintain and regularly update records related to candidates and recruitment activities.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and internal teams.
- Help prepare and finalize onboarding paperwork.
- Ensure proper organization and management of candidate records and documents.
- Work in conjunction with internal departments to facilitate effective joining formalities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Who is Eligible?
- Applicants must be currently pursuing education.
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
- Should be able to start the internship between August 17, 2026, and September 21, 2026.
- Commitment to the full 3-month internship duration is required.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with HR functions.
