This role provides an opportunity to develop recruitment skills and gain practical experience in talent sourcing and management within a dynamic HR environment. The internship is conducted on-site in Delhi and involves working directly with senior recruitment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through platforms like job portals, social networks, and company databases.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments via phone or virtual interviews.
- Organize and manage interview schedules between applicants and hiring teams.
- Keep detailed recruitment trackers and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Form and maintain positive relationships with candidates to support future recruiting needs.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle alongside experienced recruiters.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be located in Delhi and able to commit full-time to this in-office internship for a six-month period starting between September 14, 2026, and October 19, 2026. Both fresh graduates and undergraduates with an interest in human resource technical recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Stipend and Benefits
The internship stipend ranges from INR 6,000 to INR 10,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion, flexible working hours, and the possibility of a job offer based on performance.
