Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and current.
- Help organize and implement training and development programs for staff.
- Contribute to performance appraisal and management systems.
- Assist in managing employee relations and respond to HR-related queries.
- Participate in drafting and refining HR policies and procedures.
- Work alongside the HR team on diverse projects and initiatives.
