About the Internship
This internship position involves direct interaction with potential clients to generate and nurture leads for the company’s services. You will be expected to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, understand client needs, and maintain engagement to convert prospects into business opportunities. Additionally, keeping organized records and supporting the sales team in meeting targets are key parts of the role.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls to establish communication with prospects.
- Generate new leads using phone calls and other available methods.
- Comprehend client requirements and clearly describe the company's offerings.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested clients ensuring sustained engagement.
- Help convert leads into tangible business deals.
- Maintain and update client databases and call records regularly.
- Develop positive relationships with potential clients.
- Support the team in reaching lead generation and client acquisition goals.
Candidate Eligibility
