Join Stareye Media & Entertainment Private Limited as a Human Resources intern and gain practical exposure to HR activities within the entertainment production and casting sector. This role offers an insightful experience in managing various human resource responsibilities amidst a creative and fast-moving work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Keep employee records accurate and current within HR databases.
- Assist in coordinating training and professional development sessions for staff.
- Contribute to performance review and management efforts.
- Help manage employee relations and respond to HR inquiries.
- Support the formulation and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team on diverse projects and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word and Excel, with strong spoken English communication capabilities. Prior interest or experience in HR activities is beneficial.
