About the Internship
This internship is located in Borivali, Mumbai, with DigiPlus IT, a firm specializing in digital marketing and IT consulting focused on digital transformation and integration using advanced technologies. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar fields.
Primary Responsibilities
The role involves approximately 75% software development and 25% cloud and operations tasks.
- Create, test, and maintain modern web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js.
- Develop scalable and responsive front-end applications alongside sturdy back-end services.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to enhance application capabilities.
- Identify and fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Produce clean, maintainable code adhering to industry coding standards and best practices.
- Engage with databases, data models, and system architectures aligned with business needs.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle—from requirement gathering, planning, development, deployment to maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers for system design, peer code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Support testing, documentation, and continuous process improvements.
- Utilize Git and current version control workflows to enable effective team collaboration.
- Assist with deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance development and release efficiency.
- Work within Linux-based development environments and develop automation scripts to boost operational performance.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and service availability, while participating in resolving deployment and infrastructure-related issues.

Compensation and Additional Details
