Join Bosscoder Academy as a Software Development intern where your daily tasks will focus on creating and maintaining dynamic user interfaces with Next.js and React.js, crafting backend APIs and services, and integrating these with frontend solutions. You'll collaborate actively with your team to design, brainstorm, and implement new product features, handle REST APIs and third-party integrations, and uphold best coding standards. You'll also be responsible for debugging, performance tuning, deployment assistance, and contributing in code reviews and team discussions.

Stipend and Benefits
Selected interns will earn a monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to 18,000 and receive a certificate of completion along with a letter of recommendation. The company maintains an informal dress code.
Skills and Requirements
- Solid grasp of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals.
- Practical experience working with Next.js and React.js frameworks.
- Foundational knowledge of backend development with Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent.
- Working familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
- Experience utilizing AI-driven development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Motivated to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Additionally, candidates with experience in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, proficiency in TypeScript, deployment experience on platforms like Vercel, Render, or AWS, and contributions to personal or open-source software projects are encouraged to apply.
