Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹1,05,000, combining fixed and incentive pay.
- Fixed monthly component between ₹8,000 and ₹10,000 plus incentives between ₹10,000 and ₹95,000.
- A certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
- Flexible working hours with a five-day work week.
- Potential job offer with a yearly salary between ₹4,20,000 and ₹8,50,000 upon successful conversion.
