Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver timely, effective solutions.
- Utilize MS-Excel and Google Sheets to process and analyze client data and track interactions systematically.
- Maintain and enhance client connections using CRM tools to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Communicate proficiently in both spoken and written English with clients and colleagues.
- Apply strong time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared goals and foster mutual growth.
- Analyze data trends to discover opportunities that drive business development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a work-from-home role.
