Intern Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather precise hiring needs, role details, and recruitment schedules.
- Evaluate applications from various sourcing platforms, shortlisting candidates per set criteria.
- Handle early phases of recruitment such as reaching out to candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing follow-ups.
- Perform substantial outreach activities, including making up to 120 calls daily to confirm candidate interest and update them on interview processes.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and deliver regular status updates to facilitate prompt hiring decisions.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of candidate information within internal databases and tracking tools.
- Ensure candidates receive professional and consistent communication to promote an excellent recruitment experience.
