Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Broxer to identify potential applicants actively.
- Assess resumes and candidate profiles comprehensively to align with job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from interviewers, and maintain effective communication with applicants.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities using Excel or Google Sheets.

- Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to work remotely and commit to a 4-month internship duration.
