HR Psychologist Internship - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join Safalta Setu as an HR Psychologist intern working remotely, where you'll engage in meaningful HR processes that support both talent acquisition and employee engagement. This opportunity is designed for those eager to contribute to a mission-driven non-profit focusing on empowering children of Armed Forces personnel, also known as 'Army Brats', by linking them to career opportunities through mentorship and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and screen applicants based on their technical skills, communication abilities, and compatibility with the organizational culture.
• Assist and coordinate interview processes while actively participating in candidate evaluations to ensure strong hiring decisions.
• Manage HR operational tasks such as onboarding newcomers, maintaining documentation, and handling day-to-day administrative duties.
• Conduct regular wellness and engagement check-ins with staff and interns to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
• Serve as a liaison for resolving minor conflicts, applying empathetic communication and unbiased problem-solving techniques.
• Plan and lead initiatives aimed at team building, wellness, and employee recognition to foster a motivating workplace culture.
• Support the core HR team in strategy execution, policy refinement, and performance monitoring.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work remotely with flexibility for 3-4 hours daily over a 4-month period.
• Applicants must start between October 7, 2026, and November 11, 2026.
• Relevant skills in MS Office tools, team and project coordination, effective communication, and knowledge of HR functions and psychology.
• Preference is given to women looking to start or re-enter their careers.
• Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher.

Additional Details

• This internship offers a stipend of INR 5000 per month.
