About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on experience assisting the sales team at Reflex Realty LLP, a leading real estate consulting company in South Mumbai with over 45 years of industry presence. Interns will contribute to generating leads, reaching out to clients, scheduling visits, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in acquiring new leads and conducting client outreach.
- Perform cold calls and follow-up communications with prospective customers.
- Help organize site visits and coordinate client meetings.
- Update and maintain customer databases and CRM platforms.
- Gain knowledge of property listings and present relevant details to potential buyers.
- Assist in compiling sales reports and tracking daily activities.
- Take part in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Must be located in Mumbai and able to start between September 19, 2026, and October 24, 2026.
- Internship duration is fixed at 3 months.
- Current students or recent graduates in business or marketing fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Motivated to learn and excel in a target-oriented workplace.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications like Excel and Word is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
