This internship is tailored for candidates prepared for a full-time, in-office role spanning six months with immediate availability. The intern will engage in hands-on production supervision duties across multiple locations including Bihar, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and regulate production schedules and oversee production operations.
• Develop and execute production plans by scheduling and assigning workforce tasks efficiently.
• Manage digital records and provide staff training and instructional resources.
• Oversee material logistics and handling procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance measures to ensure product standards.
• Supervise machinery and component management to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
• Maintain service quality by implementing and adhering to company standards.
• Forecast manpower needs aligned with production plans.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within stipulated deadlines.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship lasting six months, commencing between September 23 and October 28, 2026.
• Should possess relevant competencies including production planning, manpower management, and proficiency in operating computerized systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
