About the Internship

This internship offers practical experience in procurement and vendor management within the healthcare sector. The role includes supporting purchasing activities, vendor coordination, documentation, supply chain collaboration, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating and managing purchase orders across healthcare, agrotech, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers for quotations, price negotiations, delivery schedules, and order confirmation follow-ups.
• Maintain and update vendor databases including onboarding and compliance checks such as KYC and certifications.
• Ensure accurate procurement documentation, including invoice verification and maintaining procurement trackers and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations teams to monitor procurement status and assist in inventory planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports and supplier cost data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Who Should Apply

Candidates available for full-time, in-office internships starting between September 8 and October 13, 2026, for a duration of three months are eligible. Applicants should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in procurement and supply chain processes.
