Role Overview

This internship is designed for individuals who can work proactively in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. The role demands meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth functioning of our technical platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and users, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Assist the business development team in discovering new growth opportunities and strategic collaborations.
• Perform market analysis and research to track industry trends and competitive movements.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to devise and execute promotional strategies for the platform.
• Help improve operational workflows and increase efficiency to enhance user satisfaction.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and help users navigate the platform effectively.
• Contribute fresh ideas and a proactive approach to help the platform's overall advancement and success.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time internship based onsite.
• Must be able to start between October 1, 2026, and November 5, 2026.
• Internship duration is 6 months.
• Candidates should reside in Delhi, Greater Noida, or Noida.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in the role are required.

Additional Information

• Working days: 5 days per week.
• Internship will be conducted fully onsite in Delhi.
• Stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
• Opportunity to receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation on successful completion.
