Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting and managing startup incubation and acceleration programs. The selected intern will engage closely with various aspects of startup ecosystem development, including program design, outreach, event management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and running incubation and acceleration initiatives tailored for nascent startups.
- Contribute to outreach by organizing events, launching online campaigns, and forming partnerships to attract startup applications.
- Support the evaluation and shortlisting process of startups and help facilitate their onboarding.
- Collaborate with founders to understand their challenges and help connect them with appropriate mentors and investors.
- Participate in organizing community-building activities such as networking sessions, workshops, and meetups for founders.
- Coordinate efforts with investors, mentors, and industry experts to enhance program value.
- Engage with universities, corporate entities, and ecosystem collaborators to develop partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage daily incubation activities including monitoring startup progress and preparing necessary reports.
- Conduct research to collect data on startup trends, competitor incubation programs, and best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events such as demo days, pitch sessions, and other incubation-related gatherings.

- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Thane or Mumbai.
