Join Unicel Greens Private Limited as a Plant Manager and Accounts Intern, contributing to the operational and financial management of plant activities. This role involves careful documentation of material movements, monitoring daily operations, and supporting financial tracking to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep detailed daily records of materials moving in and out of the plant, noting quantities and attaching necessary documentation.
- Continuously update and manage stock and inventory records while assisting with stock audits and reconciliations.
- Track and document plant expenses including bills and invoices related to operations.
- Oversee daily plant operations and material flow, promptly identifying and reporting any inconsistencies or delays.
- Compile and generate daily and weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports incorporating stock levels, material movements, expenses, and operational data.
- Liaise effectively with both the Plant Team and the Head Office Accounts and Operations departments to facilitate data exchange and maintain documentation.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be prepared to work full-time onsite and be available for a 3-month internship starting between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026. Relevant skills in accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting are required, coupled with a keen interest in operational efficiency.
