About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in operations within a cutting-edge wellness technology company. Interns will contribute to the seamless scheduling of installations and ensure all sites are prepared for field teams. Inventory management will play a crucial role, requiring monitoring of stock levels to identify potential shortages or excesses. Communication with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries and follow-ups is essential. Additionally, interns will maintain service ticket logs to oversee post-installation issues from initiation to resolution. The role also involves aiding in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and trackers supporting supply chain, installation, and after-sales activities.
